THELMA in the Digital Constitutionalism Academy 2026 - University of Florence, (09/04 - 10/04/2026)

This year, the main theme of the Digital Constitutionalism Academy 2026 was “Digital Regulation and Governance: The Role of Public Law and Private Law.” This topic closely aligns with the core debates of the THELMA project, particularly the question of how to protect women’s reproductive rights in the digital environment; a complex issue that lies at the intersection of public and private law.

In this context, and as part of THELMA’s activities, we attended DigiCon to learn from and be inspired by fellow scholars working on related challenges.

And, of course, Florence itself is a constant source of inspiration, isn’t it?
